Purchased for my husband who has arthritis in his neck and trouble finding a decent pillow. He is currently using the pillow with the two inserts removed and said that it feels decent. The fact that he's making it through the night using it is a plus as oftentimes pillows just end up on the floor. I love that he can add in an insert or two if he feels like he wants extra support there.

Muscle Mat Adjustable Foam Pillow

I have been having issues with my hands falling asleep as I sleep from my neck and shoulders positions. I recently tried another brands pillow and got headaches instead. With this pillow no headaches and my hands dont wake me up at night being numb. And i love the adjustablility of the height. Only change I would make is the length of the pillow it is a bit short. I tend to move in my sleep and wake up on the corner of the pillow which is not as comfortable as the middle of the pillow.

I absolutely love this pillow. I've tried several others and immediately threw them out. This is the first one I've had that I was able to sleep on instantly without using 2 pillows to get the right feel.
